Q: We have been married for 5 years and still have no children. All the medical tests seem clear. We have even tried artificial insemination on a couple of occasions but those too have failed. My problem is that now I am not able to ejaculate during intercourse, so on my friend’s suggestion, we have been collecting the semen during masturbation and then injecting it in the vagina with the help of a syringe.
