We believe

• Each child learns at different rates and in different ways and should be dealt according to his or her abilities.

• Learning is through the play way method and is the best and least burdening method of learning.

• Verbal explanations should be complemented with direct visual and first hand experiences.

• Children should be allowed to work independently and in small groups and should be encouraged to take pride in their own progress and abilities and not in comparing themselves to others.

• The artistic process of learning is more important than the product and should be made most enjoyable as possible.

• The students are encouraged to make choices ask questions, try new experiences and find new friends. The rich curriculum backed by professional and experienced teachers use a variety of methods and materials to integrate learning so that ideas and skills flow from one subject to another.

• Peek A Boo has an array of play materials and equipment for the children to play joyfully and with a purpose. 

• Outdoor Play material like Swing, Slide, seesaw, Walking Planks, Jumping beds, Tunnel Monkey ladder for better motor and muscular co-ordination etc.

• Sandpit and Water Pond with equipment like Balls Tubes, Pitchers, Funnels, Shovels, Spongers, Boats, Moulds etc. provide fun and entertainment value to young children.

• Cuddly Toys like Dolls, Bear, Monkey, Parrot, Caterpillar, Etc. Provide Warmth and Comfort.

• Puzzles, Blocks, Beads, Tumblers, Activity corners, Lacing, Clay molding, Crayons, Chalks, Paints, Etc to foster creative as well as cognitive development.

• Well stocked books and CD- ROM corner to help language development inculcate reading habits and make the learning process more interesting.

• Puppet Corner, Flash Cards, Masks, Flannel boards to enact and tell stories which stimulate children’s imagination and foster dramatic play.

• Children are also taught graces of Social living, Health and Hygiene.

Educational field trips to beach, local parks, zoo, temple, post office etc. will be organized from time to time.

Parenting workshops: We will generate awareness among parents about various issues of child rearing. Group counseling sessions and seminars will be organized from time to time. 

Visiting Faculty: We have a visiting faculty of Music, Dance, Yoga and Drama teachers and a counselor that works closely with the staff and students.

Celebration of festivals and parties: We celebrate all the major Indian festivals and organize parties and functions 

Annual day: We celebrate our Annual Day where little ones exhibit their skills and talents learnt during the year.

The Pre-School

Pre schoolers age is the age of rapid growth where the minds and bodies are most active with a very high degree of curiosity, anxiety to learn, talk and display emotion. We enhance these very natural qualities and abilities of a child while teaching them fundamental skills with a wide variety of stimulating activities.
