Frozen banana icecream
Ingredients
Super easy, sugar-free, dairy-free, almost guilt-free
If you like bananas, you will love this dessert!
Ingredients:
Bananas
Vanilla essence
Honey
Chocolate sauce
Almonds (or any nuts)
Method
Make slices of ripe (ready-to-eat) bananas. Put them in a ziplock bag (or an air-tight container) to prevent them from darkening, and freeze them for 1-2 hours.
Then put the frozen banana slices in a blender, add 3 tsp honey and 1 tsp vanilla essence and blend into a smooth paste. Put this paste in a box or a container and freeze it for 1-2 hours or until frozen. Your banana icecream is ready.
Scoop with an icecream scooper into dessert bowls. Top with shredded almonds and chocolate sauce. Serve immediately.

(Tip: Since bananas are sweet, honey is optional. Vanilla essence adds its special flavour, but even that is optional. One banana makes 2 scoops of icecream, so if you really want to watch your weight, stick to one scoop :))
