2 CLOVES GARLIC, FINELY CHOPPED
1/4 PIECE GINGER, GRATED
1 TEASPOON DHANIA-JEERA POWDER
A PINCH TURMERIC POWDER
3/4 TEASPOON CHILLI POWDER
1/2 TEASPOON GARAM MASALA
1/2 TEASPOON KASURI METHI
4 TABLESPOONS TOMATO PUREE
1/4 CUP CAPSICUM, SLICED
1 TABLESPOON FRESH CREAM
A PICH SUGAR
2 TABLESPOONS OIL
SALT TO TASTE
CHOPPED CORIANDER FOR GARNISH.
| METHOD | HEAT A KADHAI. PUT OIL, ONION, GINGER AND GARLIC AND STIR FOR 2 MINS. ADD DHANIA-JEERA POWDER, TURMERIC POWDER, CHILLI POWDER, GARAM MASALA, KASURI METHI AND STIR FOR 1 MIN.
ADD TOMATO PUREE, CAPSICUM AND 1/4 CUP OF WATER AND STIR FOR 2 MINS. THEN ADD PANEER, CREAM, SUGAR, SALT AND 1/4 CUP OF WATER AND MIX SLIGHTLY. SERVE HOT GARNISHED WITH CORIANDER.
