SPROUTS OREGANO GRAVY Recipe | ChutneyDips Recipe by Devi |
| INGREDIENTS | Sprouts - 200 gms
Finely chopped Onion - 1
Finely chopped Ripe Tomato - 1
Curry Leaves - 1/2 cup
Fresh Green Coriander - 1/2 cup
Red Chillies - 4 nos.
Oregano - 1 1/2 spoons
Dry Urad Dhal - 1 t.spoon
Salt - to your taste | METHOD | Add a pinch of salt and cook the green Sprouts.
Heat oil in kadai and fry red chillies, curry leaves, coriander and add oregano in the end. Grind it together with half cup of water.
Fry onion till golden brown and add tomato. Cook for 2 minutes. Add cooked sprouts, salt and ground gravy and mix well.
Cook for 6 minutes and your gravy is ready. The taste and flavour of oregano is the speciality of this dish.
