PEPPER CHICKEN Recipe | Main Course Recipe by Anu |
| INGREDIENTS | 1/2kg chicken
1 tbsp chilli powder
1/4 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp pepper seed
1 tbsp coriender seed
1 tbsp gasa gase
Salt to taster
1 tbsp each ginger & Garlic paste
1 onion
1 tomato
2 green chilli
Oil for frying
| METHOD | a. take 1 tbsp pepper seed, 1 tbsp coriender seed, and 1 tbsp gasagase grind it as a powder and keep it asaid.
b. In a pan heat oil and add onion, ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 mins.
c. Now add tomato and fry till all 3 mash together.
d. Now add chicken,chilli powder,turmeric powder and greenchilli, salt fry it for 2 mins.
e. add water add allow to cook for 15 mins.
f. now add pepper,coriender, gasagase powder and fry the chicken untill it gets deep brown
g. garnish with coriender leafes
