| INGREDIENTS | 1 cup thin flaked rice, 1/2 cup besan,1/2 cupjowar atta, 1/2 cup fine rawa, 1/2 cup grated carrot, 1/2 cup (finely chopped vegetables of choice), pinch hing, pinch turmeric, finely chopped green chillies, coriander, 1 cup curd. | METHOD | Mix all the ingredients with curd and add water if necesary to make a semi-hard dough. take a medium sized ball. put little oil on the pan. pat the ball on it and spread it with slight pressure. do not make it too thin. fry on both the sides.and serve hot with chutney or sauce. |
