MUSHROOM CUT PIECES(OPTIONAL)
OIL
MUSTARD SEEDS
CUMIN SEEDS
ASAFOETIDA
GARAM MASALA
CORIANDER LEAVES
CURD 1 TABLE SPOON
SALT TO TASTE
| METHOD | TAKE 2 CUPS OF RICE-RINSE IT WITH WATER & HALF BOIL IT IN PAN.
MAKE PASTE OF TOMATO,GINGER & ONION.
TAKE OIL & ADD MUSTARD SEEDS,ASAFOETIDA,CUMIN SEEDS.ADD ABOVE PASTE TO IT.FRY IT FOR 1 MINUTE.ADD GARAM MASALA(DHANE,TAMAL PATRA,DALCHINI).ADD CUT & GRATED VEGETABLES IN A PRESSURE COOKER. ADD ONE LAYER OF HALF COOKED RICE,OVER THAT ADD ONE LAYER OF VEGETABLES.DO THE SAME ONE BY ONE LAYER.ADD WATER & CURD FOR TASTE.ADD SALT TO TASTE.COOK FOR 5 MINUTES.
GARNISH WITH CAHEWS,CORIANDER LEAVES.
SERVE IT HOT WITH CHUTNEY.
