For the skin tightening, eat more eggs and tofu. Also beat an egg yolk and place on face and neck and lie back for 15 to mins. Do 2 or 3 times a week. Also great for Acne. Eat the rice or throw it out. Or mash up some Garbanzo beans (canned) and place the mixture on your face and hands.
